She is a graduate of Istanbul Bilgi University Law School (2017).

She has extensive experience in administrative and judicial proceedings challenging monetary fines imposed by public authorities, particularly in the media and communications sector.

She regularly advises national and international media clients on compliance with broadcasting regulations, content restrictions, licensing requirements, and copyright law, and acts in high-stakes litigation involving defamation, unfair competition, and intellectual property infringement

Elif also successfully represents employers in a wide range of employment disputes, including reinstatement and compensation claims.

In addition, she is experienced in commercial and debt recovery litigation, as well as in complex shareholder disputes.
