Draft Guidelines on Competition Violations in Labor Markets

The Turkish Competition Authority has published the Draft Guidelines on Competition Violations in Labor Markets ("Draft Guidelines") on September 16, 2024, for public opinion to provide clarity on competition violations in labor markets. The Draft Guidelines set forth fundamental principles regarding restrictive agreements and practices, specifying conditions under which agreements between employers, such as wage-fixing and no-poaching arrangements, may be deemed unlawful.
