Guidelines on Competition Violations in Labor Markets

As it is known, the Turkish Competition Authority (“Authority”) had previously published the Draft Guidelines on Competition Violations in Labor Markets (“Draft Guidelines”) on September 16, 2024, for public consultation. On December 3, 2024, the final version of the Guidelines on Competition Violations in Labor Markets (“Guidelines”) was published on the official website of the Authority without introducing material changes compared to the Draft Guidelines.
