Within the scope of Provisional Article 4 of Law numbered 6112, the channel and frequency usage fees for radio and television organizations broadcasting terrestrially have been calculated for the year 2025. Additionally, the administrative fines stipulated under Article 15 of the Regulation on the Procedures and Principles for Measuring and Monitoring the Viewing and Listening Rates of Broadcasting Services have been increased in accordance with the revaluation rate for 2025.
