New Monetary Thresholds for Independent Audit Introduced

The Presidential Decision dated April 30, 2025, and numbered 9774 (the “Amendment Decision”) on the Amendment to the Decision on the Determination of Companies Subject to Independent Audit was published in the Official Gazette dated May 1, 2025, and numbered 32887.

With this Amendment Decision, the monetary thresholds applicable to the determination of companies subject to independent audit under Article 397 of the Turkish Commercial Code numbered 6102 have been significantly increased.
