Decisions Adopted at the Meeting No. 357 of the Advertisement Board


The Advertisement Board, at its 357th meeting held on May 15, 2025, adopted notable decisions concerning advertisements and commercial practices evaluated within the scope of consumer protection legislation.

 

The Board’s evaluations at this session particularly focused on user interface designs and promotional mechanisms which may distort consumers’ rational decision-making processes, including practices leveraging misleading price claims, unauthorized health-related statements, or unsubstantiated geographical origin indications.
