Regulation Amending the Regulation on Personal Health Data

With the Regulation Amending the Regulation on Personal Health Data (“Amendment Regulation”) published by the Ministry of Health (“Ministry”) in the Official Gazette on 3 December 2025, several amendments have been introduced to the Regulation on Personal Health Data (“Regulation”). With these amendments, the provisions of the Regulation on legal basis and scope have been brought into closer alignment with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“DP Law”) and the relevant health legislation.
