Amendment to the Regulation on Business Opening and Operating Licenses

With the Regulation on the Amendment of the Regulation on Business Opening and Operating Licenses (“Amendment Regulation”) published in the Official Gazette dated 11 December 2025 and numbered 33104, certain amendments have been introduced to the Regulation on Business Opening and Operating Licenses (“Regulation”). With the Amendment Regulation, significant amendments have been introduced to the Regulation, affecting both general practice and specific sectors.
