Decisions Adopted at the Meeting No. 363 of the Advertisement Board


The Advertisement Board, at its 363rd meeting held on November 13, 2025, adopted significant decisions concerning advertisements and commercial practices falling within the scope of consumer protection legislation.

 

The Board’s evaluations at this session particularly focused on advertising practices that may mislead consumers through unclear, incomplete, or non-transparent information, especially in the communications, retail, e-commerce, technology, and media sectors. The Board emphasized that such practices may directly distort consumers’ economic decision-making processes and underlined the necessity for advertisers to provide clear, transparent, verifiable, and legally compliant information.
