Legislative Proposal on the Amendment of DP Law

The legislative proposal on amendments to the Personal Data Protection Law, which has long been expected as a solution to the longstanding problems regarding the processing of special categories of personal data and personal data transfer abroad, was submitted to the Presidency of the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye on 16.02.2024 within the scope of the "Legislative Proposal on Amendments to the Criminal Procedure Law, Certain Laws and the Decree Law No. 659”.
