Obstacle to Bad Faith Compensation against SSI Cancelled

The Constitutional Court's decision dated May 9, 2024 and numbered 2021/114 M., 2024/102 D. (“Decision”) regarding the cancellation of the second sentence of Paragraph 18 of Article 88 of of Social Insurance and General Insurance Law numbered 5510 stipulating that bad faith compensation foreseen in Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law numbered 2004 cannot be imposed on the Social Insurance Institution, was published in the Official Gazette dated July 24,2024 and numbered 32611.
